Funding
If you are a member of a registered UCSB organization and would like to request funding from COSWB, please contact coswb-ic@as.ucsb.edu, coswb-cochair1@as.ucsb.edu, AND coswb-cochair2@as.ucsb.edu and include the following information:
Your name
The organization you represent
An itemized budget, including:
The items you are requesting
The quantity of each item
The cost per item
The total amount requested from COSWB
A brief explanation of how your funding request aligns with COSWB’s mission of promoting the physical, mental, and nutritional well-being of UCSB students and community members
Important Notes
All requested purchases must align with the AS Legal Code and be accessible to all students, regardless of ethnicity, race, gender, socioeconomic status, religious beliefs, or other classifications.
If your funding request is approved, all publicity related to the funded purchases (including social media posts, flyers, and other promotional materials) must include COSWB’s name and logo.
If your funding request does not align with COSWB’s guidelines, please consider alternative funding sources, including other AS committees and UCSB Student Engagement & Leadership (SEAL).
After reviewing your request, COSWB’s Internal Coordinator will respond with a proposed date and time for you or another representative of your organization to present your funding request to COSWB’s Leadership Team.
