Quick Workout Workshop with COSWB!

This is a workshop lead by one of the Recreation Center weight training coaches. We will discuss ways to incorporate short, effective workouts into your busy daily routine. Participants will receive a FREE jump rope and a handout detailing workout combinations that they can refer to after the workshop. Snacks will also be provided!
